Job title: Full-time Lecturer for Organizational Behaviour

Requirements:

(1)   PhD or Master degree from reputable universities in subject fields of Human Resource Management or Business Administration

(2)   English native speaker

(3)   Have a number of years of teaching experience in US, UK or Chinese universities

(4)   Good communicators with strong sense of responsibility

(5)   Candidates with research experience preferred

Work condition:

Working hours per week: 16 hours

Class size: 20-40 students

Teaching facilities and materials: multimedia classrooms, English textbooks and reference materials

Begin date of the next term: 13th February, 2012

Minimum length of teaching period: four months

Compensation:

(1)   Hourly rate according to the standard
